Our Preschool Gymnastics classes are designed for children aged 2–4 years and are a semi-structured parent and child class. Throughout the session, our qualified coach sets out a variety of fun gymnastics activities and challenges, while parents or carers stay with their child, offering encouragement and support as they explore each station together.

This style of class allows children to learn at their own pace in a safe, relaxed environment, while building confidence through the reassurance of having a familiar adult by their side.

Each session is carefully planned to support your child's early development by helping to improve:

• Confidence through trying new activities and celebrating achievements.

• Coordination by developing balance, agility and body awareness.

• Strength through climbing, crawling, jumping and supporting their own body weight.

• Social skills by interacting with other children and learning to follow simple instructions.

Most importantly, our classes are all about having fun. Through imaginative play and exciting gymnastics activities, children develop essential physical and social skills while creating positive experiences that encourage a lifelong love of being active.
