Our Teen Gym classes are designed specifically for secondary school-aged children who want to learn gymnastics, stay active and have fun in a welcoming, supportive environment. Whether you're completely new to gymnastics or have previous experience, our qualified coaches tailor activities to suit a range of abilities, helping every gymnast progress at their own pace.
As well as learning exciting gymnastics skills on a variety of apparatus, participants will develop strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence in every session. Teen Gym also provides a great opportunity to socialise, make new friends and enjoy being part of a positive community.

Our classes run in 6–10 week blocks at £7.65 per session (approximately £8.05 per session after transaction fees).
